We’ve covered almost the whole of South East Asia and there is absolutely something about Myanmar. This beautiful country is so pure and pristine what makes it very hard to describe it in words.

Myanmar consistently ranks as one of the friendliest countries in the world. The people never seem to stop smiling and, although English is not commonly spoken, the Myanmar people will go out of their way to help. They genuinely love their country and want to share it with visitors. It is estimated that 90% of the Myanmar population is Buddhist and religion plays an important role in the daily life of the people. Everywhere you turn you will find pagodas, monks in red robes and Buddhist nuns in pink robes. We simply love the peaceful vibe.

Although Myanmar is increasingly modernizing, the people still hold tight to their traditional ways of life.

Myanmar is a massive country with a relatively small population. There are miles upon miles of untouched landscapes — soaring mountains, pristine beaches and meandering waterways.

We visited the country several times, in different ways and we can only conclude one has to travel to Myanmar to understand what we’re talking about!

Let us know how we can help!

The Shwedagon Pagoda forms the focus of religious as well as community activities – the bustling of devotees and monks washing the statues, offering flowers, worshiping, and meditating. A visit in the late afternoon is recommended so you can witness the splendour of Shwedagon Pagoda during daylight hours as well as after sunset.

once we went sailing in the Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago. One of the most remote places we’ve ever been. The only connection left was with nature! The only questions asked: ‘shall we swim with or without fins? - sleeping on deck or in our cabin? - did you see that amazing medusa? - Do you think someone ever set foot on this beach? - did you know there were so many stars?
